Earlier this year, Donnie reached out to me as a referral from another agent in my office. He had purchased a single-family home in Southbridge back in 2020, but since then, life had changed in the best way — he married his wife, Liz, and the two were preparing to welcome their first child together.
With a new chapter ahead and plans to move into Liz’s home in Natick, Donnie decided it was time to sell. The property came with a few unique challenges — including a large retaining wall in front that made walking to the front door a bit tricky — but it also offered tremendous potential, with an acre of land, a pool, a spacious deck, and great outdoor living space.

We worked together to strategically position and market the home to highlight its strengths and attract the right buyers. Even with the challenges, we secured a strong offer and navigated a smooth 30-day closing, wrapping up the sale just before their baby arrived.
What meant the most to me was being able to take the stress of selling off their shoulders so Donnie and Liz could focus on what really mattered — welcoming their new baby and starting the next chapter as a family — without worrying about the house hanging over them.
Stories like Donnie and Liz’s are why I love what I do. Real estate isn’t just about properties — it’s about people, timing, and creating space for life’s biggest moments.
👉 If you know someone entering a new season of life and thinking about selling, I’d be honored to help make their transition just as seamless.
