My passion for real estate began early. Growing up, I watched my dad build and remodel homes, sparking a fascination with construction that never left me. Although he encouraged me to avoid the physical toll of the trades, that passion stayed with me. Years later, when my wife and I purchased and remodeled our first investment property, I rediscovered that spark — leading me to earn both my REALTOR® license and Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade in IT management, developing data-driven decision-making and leadership skills. Today, I combine that analytical background with my construction expertise to give clients a distinct advantage.
